Please read these terms carefully before using BookingInGh.com. By accessing or booking through our platform you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to BookingInGh.com ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform"). By accessing our website at www.bookingingh.com, creating an account, or completing any booking through our platform, you ("User," "you," or "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and should not make any bookings.
2. Eligibility
To use BookingInGh.com you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian;
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
- Not be prohibited from using the service under any applicable laws of Ghana or the country you reside in;
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
By using the Platform, you warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility criteria. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
3. Our Services
BookingInGh.com operates as a travel intermediary and marketplace. We facilitate the booking of:
- Domestic & Regional Flights in partnership with PassionAir and other carriers;
- Hotel Accommodation provided by independent hotel partners;
- Tours & Experiences operated by vetted local tour operators.
We are a booking agent, not the direct provider of flights, hotel stays, or tour experiences. The underlying service is provided by the respective carrier, hotel, or tour operator (collectively, "Suppliers"). Your contract for the travel service itself is with the Supplier, and their own terms and conditions also apply.
We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove services at any time without prior notice.
4. Bookings & Reservations
4.1 Flight Bookings
When you book a flight through our platform, we generate a Passenger Name Record (PNR) directly with the airline before processing your payment. This is our guarantee that a confirmed seat exists for you at the quoted fare. Once a PNR is issued:
- The fare and seat are locked for the time indicated on the booking page;
- You must complete payment within the hold period to retain the booking;
- Your e-ticket will be emailed within 30 minutes of confirmed payment.
4.2 Hotel Bookings
Hotel availability and pricing are subject to the policies of each hotel partner. A booking confirmation email constitutes your reservation confirmation. Some hotels may require a deposit on arrival.
4.3 Tour Bookings
Tours have fixed departure dates and minimum participant requirements. Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of your confirmation email. Tour operators may cancel or reschedule tours if minimum numbers are not reached; in such cases a full refund will be issued.
4.4 Pricing
All prices displayed are in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and are inclusive of applicable taxes and fees unless clearly stated otherwise. Prices are dynamic and may change at any time until a booking is confirmed. We are not responsible for price changes between browsing and checkout if no booking has been initiated.
5. Payments
All payments on BookingInGh.com are processed by Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We accept:
- MTN Mobile Money (MoMo)
- Vodafone Cash
- AirtelTigo Money
- Visa and Mastercard (credit & debit)
By submitting a payment, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount displayed at checkout. Payments are processed in Ghana Cedis (GHS). We do not store your card or MoMo details โ these are handled entirely by Paystack.
Payments are non-transferable between bookings. In the event of a payment failure, your reservation is not confirmed until a successful payment is received and acknowledged.
6. Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation and change policies vary by service type:
- Flights: Subject to the airline's fare rules. Most domestic fares are non-refundable once ticketed. Date changes may be possible subject to fare difference and a change fee.
- Hotels: Each property has its own cancellation policy, clearly displayed during checkout. Free cancellation is available on selected properties up to a stated deadline.
- Tours: Full details are in our Refund Policy.
To request a cancellation or change, contact our support team at info@bookingingh.com with your booking reference. We cannot guarantee changes or refunds that are outside the Supplier's policies.
7. User Accounts
You may create a free account to manage bookings, save preferences, and access exclusive deals. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials confidential;
- All activity that occurs under your account;
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are inactive for more than 24 months.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations;
- Make fraudulent, speculative, or false bookings;
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the Platform;
- Submit false information during registration or checkout;
- Resell bookings or tickets without our prior written consent;
- Interfere with the security or integrity of the Platform.
We reserve the right to cancel bookings and ban users who violate this section without refund.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on BookingInGh.com โ including the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, and software โ is the exclusive property of BookingInGh.com or its licensors and is protected under Ghanaian and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- BookingInGh.com is not liable for the acts, omissions, or defaults of any Supplier (airline, hotel, tour operator);
- We are not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, overbookings, or changes made by the airline;
- We are not liable for any loss of profit, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform;
- Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BookingInGh.com, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
12. Third-Party Services
Our Platform integrates with third-party services including PassionAir (flight inventory), Paystack (payments), and Google (authentication). These services are governed by their own privacy policies and terms of service. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party service provider.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or applicable laws. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on our website or by email. Continued use of the Platform after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
